Printing and shipping

• Every panel is printed to order, just for you.
• Most orders are printed and shipped in about a week. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier.
• We email you tracking details when your panel ships.
• Shipping is included in the price shown when you order.
• We ship to addresses in the United States only, for now.

If something is wrong

If your panel arrives misprinted, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Returns

Because each panel is printed with your own design, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Printed colors can look a little different from colors on a screen, and that alone isn’t treated as a misprint.

A PDF sewing pattern can’t be returned once it’s downloaded. If the file won’t open or prints wrong, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

Cancelling an order

Contact us as soon as possible. If your panel hasn’t been sent for printing yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once printing has started we can’t cancel it.
