Terms of service
Last updated November 1, 2026
dollthreads.com is run by DOLL THREADS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“DollThreads”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use dollthreads.com or order from DollThreads. By placing an order you agree to them. If you have a question about them, contact us.
What we sell
DollThreads sells printed fabric panels and PDF sewing patterns for doll clothes. A panel is a sewing supply for crafters. A PDF pattern is a file you download right after paying, print at home and trace onto your own fabric: it has every piece and sewing step, but not your prints, names or pictures. Neither is a finished toy, and the garments you sew are not tested or certified as children’s toys.
Your designs and uploads
You keep any rights you have in the designs you create and anything you upload. To make your order, you give us permission to store, print and ship your design, and to show it to the print partner who makes your panel.
You promise that anything you upload or type into a design:
- is yours, or you have permission to use it;
- does not include characters, logos, brand names or artwork owned by someone else (for example, cartoon or movie characters or sports team logos);
- does not include photos of other people without their permission;
- is not hateful, violent, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate for a family craft.
We review designs before printing. We may refuse to print any design that we believe breaks these rules, and if we do, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Panel prices include shipping to US addresses.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- If we can’t make your order for any reason, we will tell you and refund you in full.
- Shipping, cancellations, misprints, returns and PDF patterns that won’t open or print are covered by our shipping and returns policy.
Colors, fit and sewing
Printed colors can look slightly different from colors on a screen. Our patterns are drafted from the doll size or measurements you choose, and fit can vary between doll brands, with the measurements you enter and with how the garment is sewn.
Safety
Sewing involves sharp tools. Finished garments may include small parts such as snaps, buttons or hook-and-loop tape that can be a choking hazard. Keep finished garments and supplies away from children under 3, and supervise children who sew.
Our patterns and website
The DollThreads patterns, instructions, prints and website belong to DollThreads. Your panel or PDF pattern is for your personal use: you may print a PDF pattern for your own sewing. Please don’t copy, share, scan or resell our patterns, PDFs or panels.
Limits of our responsibility
We provide the website and our products as they are. To the extent the law allows, DollThreads is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and, where they apply, the federal laws of the United States. If something goes wrong, please contact us first: most problems are fixed with a reprint or a refund. If we can’t settle a dispute that way, it will be decided by the state or federal courts in Florida, or by a small claims court where the claim qualifies. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one shown here when you placed it.
